Request Specific Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of specific data from your Lumidor Therapy Tracker account without deleting your entire account. This allows you to continue using the app while removing data you no longer need.

What Data Can Be Deleted

You may request the removal of any of the following types of data:
  • Session notes and records for specific children or date ranges
  • Progress entries and observations
  • Therapy goals you created
  • Home activity assignments
  • Child profile data (where you are the sole authorized user)
  • Parent-therapist link associations
  • Your profile information (name, contact details)

How to Submit a Request

To request data deletion, send an email to admin.lumidor@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In your email, please include:
  • The email address associated with your Lumidor account
  • A description of the specific data you would like deleted
  • Any relevant details (e.g., child name, date range) to help us locate the data

Important Notes

  • Your account will remain active after the requested data is deleted. Only the specified data will be removed.
  • If the data you request to delete is shared with other users (e.g., a child record linked to multiple therapists or parents), we may anonymize your contributions rather than delete the shared record entirely.
  • Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered. Please make sure you no longer need the data before submitting your request.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the requested data has been deleted.
