Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your Lumidor Therapy Tracker account, you can do so by sending an email to admin.lumidor@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.

When we process your account deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user profile (name, email address, and password)
• Your role and center association data
• Session notes, progress entries, and therapy goals you created
• Home activity assignments you created
• Any parent-therapist link associations tied to your account
• Push notification tokens and device information

In some cases, certain data may be retained even after your account is deleted:

• Child records: If a child's record is shared with other therapists or parents, the child record itself may persist under other authorized users. Your personal contributions (notes, goals, sessions) will be anonymized or removed.
• Legal obligations: We may retain certain data if required by applicable law or regulation.
• Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted.
